Who we are

We need more Workshops between Burma Refugee , Diseases and Enviroments

The purpose of life is to propagate life. In every family from the riches to the poorest; in every society from the most civilized to the most primitive, addition of a new member to the family by way of a new birth is rejoiced as a happy occasion, and lost of a member with his of her death if mourned. These two are occasions where human beings are least hypocrite. Contrary to birth, death is an inevitable happening. Something which is so much concerns us, the follow human beings, very much.

Today Burma's Malaria , TB and HIV/AIDS , epidemic is the largest in Southeast Asia, and, due to long denials from the junta, perhaps the deeply neglected. That is very dangerous future generation of Burma.

Also many of Burmese people are dying every day in Burma Bangladesh deep jungle area without any medical treatment because they are living so far from Medical facilities in their life. Many of death cause are directly and indirectly connacted with their enviroments. We can save many lives if there is medical knowledge or any medical training that can be transmitted to their community. This workshops project is very important to safe lives of Burmese people from deathly diseases. Because they have neither doctors nor nurses and even now there is an enormous lack of medicines.

ID Cards in Bangladesh
Another problem occurred in Bangladesh. After the finalization of the ongoing process of voter enlistment within the Year 2008 in Bangladesh, the government will provide ID Cards to all the voters. This ID card will be essential in all walks of life and without ID card, it is impossible to buy medicines or get treatment in a hospital. In such a situation, the survival of the twenty thousand Burmese border refugees in Bangladesh without any recognized status will be very hard and it will cause a big human tragedy if no specific step is taken in advance to solve their problems.

Therefore, we would like to appeal to the international community and donor agencies to do more
to help Myanmar in its fight against HIV/AIDS, Malaria, TB. We feel that this is the right time to assist Myanmar with the necessary resources needed to roll back AIDS and increase awareness against other diseases too, like Respiratory Tract Infection, Skin Infection, Diarrhea, Dysentery and waterborne diseases.
